Hello and welcome to our Availability and Booking Page.  Please feel free to fill out the following form request with the dates you wish to stay in beautiful Newport RI at the Histioric Hill Inn.  We will get right back to you with information about the availability of those dates. We appreciate you visiting our site and hope to see you sometime in the near future.

There is a $35 charge for each child over 4 years of age.

Reservations:Advance reservations must be secured by a one night deposit. All reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of deposit. Reservations not secured cannot be held. Visa, Mastercard and personal checks accepted. Credit cards used for deposit are processed for one night’s stay.

Late Arrivals: Arrivals after 10:00pm may require self check in.

Cancellations: Reservations cancelled more then 21 days prior to the start of the reservation will be charged a $35 cancellation fee. Reservations cancelled within 21 days of the start of the reservation will be charged the full cost of the room unless the room is rebooked for the same time. In that situation, the full cost of the room will be refunded less the $35 cancellation fee.
